Περιγραφή Nature Plus Ultra Omega 3/6/9 – 60 Softgels Each softgel contains 1,200 mg of a concentrated blend of the following sources of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids: borage oil (non GMO), fish oil and flaxseed oil. The blend contains: 412 mg omega-3 (212 mg Alpha linolenic acid, 120 mg EPA, 80 mg DHA non GMO), 250 mg omega-6 (76 mg GLA, 174 mg linoleic acid) and 134 mg omega-9 (oleic acid). Also 10 IU of vitamin E for antioxidant protection of the above ingredients. Usage: 1 capsule twice a day.
